Bryanston Electrical an ECA member company, set up in 2001, with a focus on high end residential work, both new and existing build.
Bryanston Electrical was involved in the electrical design and installation work of a new 'eco' build four bedroom house in Effingham, Surrey, comepleted over a year ago. The following technologies were successfully designed and installed into the build;
- Very high levels of insulation
- Low energy lighting installations
- A grass roof
- Grey water recycling system
- Solar panels for electricity (around 3KW)
- The complete project was a success, and demonstrates M&E members ability to deliver low carbon new builds in an integrated fashion.
