Renewable heat
The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scheme, which is due to come into effect in April 2011, is now underway. The deadline for responses to this consultation is Monday 26 April. The RHI will be used to provide financial incentives to end users who install heat pumps, renewable combined heat and power, solar thermal, biomass boilers and other renewable heating technologies.
